Log into your account or contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your saree to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Quality Inspection

Ensure the saree is unworn, unwashed, and includes all original tags and handloom certification cards before securely packaging it for return.

Reverse Pickup

Once approved, we will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup from your address; please ensure someone is available to hand over the package to our courier partner.

Refund or Exchange

After our artisans inspect the returned item for original quality, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or dispatch your chosen exchange item.
